The administration of the city of Simferopol continues systemic work to suppress spontaneous trade in the territory of the municipality.

As part of the implementation of the requirements of the current legislation since the beginning of 2025, officials have drawn up 1212 administrative protocols for violation of the established trading rules.

In accordance with Art. 6.1 of the Law of the Republic of Crimea “On Administrative Offenses in the Republic of Crimea”, the implementation of trade or the provision of services in unidentified places entails a warning or imposition of an administrative fine:

• for citizens — from 4,000 to 5,000 rubles;
• for officials and individual entrepreneurs — from 5,000 to 15,000 rubles;
• For legal entities — from 50,000 to 200,000 rubles.

In addition, Art. 14.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation provides for liability for entrepreneurial activity without state registration in the form of a fine from 500 to 2,000 rubles.

The city administration warns citizens against the purchase of goods from persons engaged in unauthorized trade. Products sold in unidentified places often do not comply with sanitary standards for storage, transportation and sale. The absence of medical books in sellers, accompanying documents for goods and proper control increases the risk of infectious diseases and food poisoning. In the case of acquisition of poor -quality products, there will be no one to make a complaint.

Persons engaged in trade in unidentified places are invited to legalize their activities. In Simferopol, retail markets with enough free trading places function, including for the sale of agricultural products and excess personal subsidiary plots. To apply for a trading place, you must contact:
