On June 6, an on-site working meeting between employees of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Administration of Simferopol and entrepreneurs trading at the Kuibyshev market took place. The main topic is the issue of legalization of labor.
As reported by the head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Diana Feratova, during the working meeting, information and explanatory work was carried out with 76 entrepreneurs and employees on the prevention of shadow employment, legalization of hired labor and compliance with labor legislation.
The main goal of such events is to explain to entrepreneurs and employees the importance of formalizing labor relations and timely payment of wages, to explain the typical mistakes that entrepreneurs sometimes make when registering employees, to explain the consequences of shadow and illegal employment for both the employees themselves and employers,” Diana Feratova emphasized.
