In Simferopol they are trying to stop spontaneous trade
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Simferopol, raids are conducted daily to stop the trade in melons, seasonal fruits and vegetables in places not designated for these purposes. During the latest raid, instances of illegal spontaneous trade were revealed. About 2 tons of products were confiscated, including 177 watermelons and 39 melons.
Work in this direction is ongoing. In places where illegal trade is widespread, specialized specialists are on daily duty— the press service of the Simferopol administration quotes the head of the department of administrative and technical control, Maxim Votchel.
Maxim Votchel noted that unregulated trade not only violates current legislation, but also poses a threat to the health of consumers, since the quality of the products may not meet established standards.
