In Sudak, the prosecutor’s office sent to court a criminal case of attempted murder of a 15-year-old teenager.

According to investigators, on October 11 last year, the accused, while intoxicated, stabbed his partner’s 15-year-old daughter in the back with a knife during a family quarrel. The minor was hospitalized in a health care facility, where she received medical care— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.

The criminal case was sent to the Sudak City Court, where it is being considered. The 46-year-old “dad” faces serious punishment — under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 1 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder) — up to 15 years in prison.
