In Sudak, a former kindergarten employee was convicted for using violence against a minor pupil.
It was established that the woman, being an employee of a preschool institution, used physical violence against a pupil on June 26, 2023. Taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, the woman was sentenced to 8 months of correctional labor with a monthly deduction of 10% from the convicted person’s salary for the benefit of the state— the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea reported.
The «too nervous» teacher has been deprived of the right to engage in professional activities related to children for a period of 1 year. The sentence has not entered into legal force.
