In Sudak, during the operational and preventive measure «Alcohol-Tobacco», the police revealed the fact of the circulation of alcoholic products without accompanying documents certifying the legality of its production, as well as a violation of the sale of spirits by a trade organization.
During the inspection, the police found and seized from the store over 1,100 liters of alcohol packed in plastic bags, of which 700 liters did not have special (excise) stamps. An examination of the found alcoholic products is currently being carried out.— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
In relation to the representative of the legal entity, a ruling was issued to initiate proceedings on an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 14.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“circulation of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products without accompanying documents certifying the legality of their production”). Punishment — the withdrawal of «hot» goods from circulation and a large fine (up to 300 thousand rubles).
