In Sudak villages, deadlines for delivery of first aid stations are missed. The contractor has “snatched up” objects, but construction is delayed
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Crimean prosecutor’s office demands that the unscrupulous contractor be held administratively liable. We are talking about the construction of first aid stations in Sudak villages. It has been established that the state budgetary healthcare institution of the Republic of Crimea “Sudak City Hospital” has concluded government contracts for the construction of modular medical and obstetric stations in the villages of Perevalovka, Solnechnaya Dolina, Dachnoye, Lesnoye and Veseloye. The contract period was scheduled for April 2023, but the contractor did not complete the work on time.
In view of the identified violations, the prosecutor issued decisions regarding the legal entity to initiate cases of administrative offenses under Part 7 of Art. 7.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (inaction resulting in failure to fulfill obligations stipulated by the contract, causing significant harm to the interests of society and the state protected by law), which are under consideration— reported the prosecutor’s office.
Currently, work at the sites continues. Construction is being delayed, although all of them are already “at the final stage.”
