In the mobile application «State Services House» from version 3.8.0 a new guest access function appeared. The digital solution based on GIS Housing and Public Utilities develops JSC “Operator of the Information System”. Already more than 21.6 thousand Sevastopol residents have become users of the Mobile application «State Services House».
After updating, the owners of apartment and individual houses can provide access to their housing to other users who are not owners. This decision simplifies assistance to relatives, friends or tenants in the transfer of readings, paying bills and submitting applications to management companies.
With the help of guest access, you can:
- transmit meters;
- pay housing and communal services;
- write appeals to the management company and other services;
- order counters check;
- Watch Overhaul reports.
In this case, there is a restriction on a number of functions. Only the owners will remain affordable:
- voting at general meetings;
- communication in house chats;
- Real estate insurance.
Guest access works in such a way that the owner provides access to the “State Services House” application through the phone related to the account on public services. The guest receives a notification in the application, and he has a new object in the application marked “guest access”.
To use the new function, it is necessary to update the application to version 3.8.0.
