The investigating authorities of the IC of Russia opened a criminal case against a 46-year-old resident of the Bakhchisarai district suspected of killing a 63-year-old resident of the Balaklava region (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
It was established that a resident of the Bakhchisarai district, about a year ago, divorced her husband and, together with six children, moved to a household to her mother, located on the territory of the garden partnership of the Balaklava region. The ex -husband repeatedly accused the mother -in -law of such an outcome. This morning, he struck an elderly woman who went to the store with his 4-year-old son, and inflicted several stab wounds in the neck. From the wounds received, the victim died on the spot, and the attacker, throwing the knife into the bushes, tried to hide, but was detained by eyewitnesses. A child who witnessed a particularly serious crime, during the attack, was isolated to a safe place by passers -by, then transferring to the mother. Currently, nothing threatens the life and health of children, -The press service of the department reported.
Investigators and forensic investigators conducted a thorough inspection of the crime scene, witnesses and eyewitnesses were interrogated, the murder weapon was seized, and all the necessary examinations were assigned.
In the near future, the suspect will be charged, the investigation will come to the court with a motion to choose a preventive measure against him in the form of detention for the preliminary investigation.
The course of establishing circumstances and the investigation of the criminal case is under the control of the leadership of the Main Investigation Department of the IC of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
