In the Bakhchisaray district, a former bailiff will appear before the court. The woman is accused of falsifying the materials of enforcement proceedings and taking bribes. The investigating authorities charged her with 38 episodes of criminal activity.

The investigative department for the Bakhchisaray district found that for bribes in the amount of 25 thousand rubles, the bailiff freed convicted citizens from corrective labor. On the basis of falsified documents, the official completed the enforcement proceedings, canceling the prescribed enforcement measures and restrictions. Currently, the investigation has established 38 episodes of the woman’s criminal activity. Her illegal activities were detected and stopped by operational officers of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and the UEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Republic of Crimea— reported in the Sledkom.

At the request of the investigator, the bailiff was removed from her post by the Bakhchisaray District Court for the period of the preliminary investigation. She fully admitted her guilt in the crimes committed, writing a confession.

With the approved indictment, the criminal case will be sent to the Bakhchisaray District Court for consideration on the merits.
