CrimeaPRESS reports:
The guy has 8.5 years to “think about his behavior.”
In the Black Sea region, the court considered a criminal case against a 24-year-old local resident. He was found guilty under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal sale of narcotic drugs), Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph “a”, part 3, art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs).
The court found that in the summer of 2023, the convict sold two packages of the narcotic drug N-methylephedrone to his friend. He also became a member of a criminal group engaged in the illegal sale of narcotic drugs in the territory of the Republic of Crimea via the Internet. In August last year, the convict, at the direction of his curator, set up a hiding place for the purpose of selling the narcotic drug “cannabis”, but he was unable to complete his criminal intent, since he was detained by police officers— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.
The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the man to 8 years and 6 months in prison. The convict will serve his sentence in a maximum security correctional colony. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
