In the Black Sea region, 8 national projects are being implemented aimed at improving the quality of life of people.
On Cape Tarkhankut there is year-round comfortable glamping, adjacent to the “Extreme Crimea” sports, recreation and entertainment park. The modular buildings were erected and equipped with grant funds as part of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality Industry”. At the initial stage, the facility consisted of only 7 separate units, but in 2022 it took part in the competitive selection of public initiatives aimed at creating modular non-capital accommodation facilities, and by the new season, thanks to grant support from the national project, it expanded its capacity to 29 comfortable rooms for 112 places All modular houses are made in the original design and are located right on the seashore.
In addition, the allocated grants were used to improve the beach in the village. Olenevka on the territory of “Extreme Crimea”. Paths and navigation systems were installed, bathrooms and shower blocks, changing cabins, shady beach bungalows were installed, a first aid station and a rescue station were installed, an accessible environment was created for people with limited mobility, and equipment for a rental point for the skatepark was purchased.
Near Cape Tarkhankut in the Black Sea region there is another one of the best places for eco-recreation — the Olenevka Village tourist complex.” By the 2023 season, the complex has increased its number of rooms by building 50 modular cottages — with the attraction of grant funds within the framework of the national project «Tourism and Hospitality Industry».
Since the beginning of the implementation of the national project “Safe Quality Roads” in the Black Sea region, 9 highways with a total length of about 235 km have been repaired.
As part of the national project, repair work was carried out on the road to Obezd village. Novoselskoye, which leads to a small seaside urban-type settlement — town. Black Sea. Thanks to the new road, the tourist accessibility and attractiveness of the Chernomorskoye village will increase even more. On the road section, work was carried out on milling and partial replacement of the base, laying a leveling layer and asphalt concrete pavement, installing sidewalks and roadsides, applying markings, installing a stop pavilion and signal posts.
On a section of the Chernomorskoe-Voinka highway with a length of 20.5 km. a set of repair works was also carried out to replace the road surface, develop surrounding areas and improve transport infrastructure to ensure comfortable and safe traffic movement.
In September 2024, in the village of Vnukovo, Chernomorsky district, after a major renovation carried out under the national project “Culture”, a renovated House of Culture with 100 seats was opened. The auditorium and costume room were renovated, a bathroom was equipped, façade finishing work was completed, utility networks were replaced, a video surveillance system and a fire alarm were installed. The surrounding area has also been landscaped, with paving stones and fencing installed. The opening of the transformed House of Culture became a holiday for the village residents, who had the opportunity to engage in creativity in comfortable and modern conditions and spend their leisure time in an interesting and varied way.
As part of the implementation of the national project, in September 2022, the first new generation model library in the Black Sea region was opened, created on the basis of the District Children’s Library named after. S.V. Yagupova.
Thanks to the national project, comfortable and safe conditions have been created for self-realization, learning, creativity and communication. The library received federal support in the amount of 5 million rubles for modernization and equipment of the internal space. Thus, a comfortable space with new book publications, modern information resources, multimedia and interactive equipment has been created for visitors. In addition, the library has a mini-cinema where weekly film screenings are held using an overhead projector.
The Black Sea Children’s Art School is also equipped with new musical instruments, educational materials and equipment under the “Culture” national project. All equipment arrived at the school in 2022. Now the art school plays new musical instruments: guitars, violins, domras, button accordions, accordions, piano, grand piano, and the equipment and literature necessary for the educational process have appeared. New musical instruments are used in lessons on subjects in the classroom, as well as during performances at events and competitions at various levels.
In addition, in 2021, under the national project, a mobile multifunctional cultural center (car club) was purchased to serve the rural population. The mobile center is transformed into a concert venue, equipped with light, sound and video equipment, and has access to the Internet.
2 farmers from the Black Sea region were able to receive an “Agrostartup” grant for the development of peasant (farm) farming and rural cooperation, which is allocated under the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises” in the amount of 3 million rubles.
To date, in the Black Sea region, under the national project “Healthcare”, the vehicle fleet has been updated and the need for transport for medical organizations has been met. In 2020, to increase the level of access to medical care for residents of rural settlements, a mobile complex was purchased and 2 units were delivered. road transport and 2 medical and obstetric stations were built in the villages of Khmelevo and Novoivanovka.
The basis of the sports infrastructure is made up of publicly accessible facilities — sports grounds. For physical education and sports, within the framework of the national project “Demography” in the Black Sea region, 6 new sports grounds were landscaped to prepare for the implementation of GTO standards and a multifunctional training complex was installed aimed at working out various muscle groups.
Digital technology classrooms of natural science and technology “Growth Point” were opened in 9 secondary schools in the Black Sea region under the national project “Education”. Now students of these schools have access to leading educational technologies, educational and scientific materials. The “growth point” has become an important part of the public space, expanding opportunities for providing high-quality modern education to schoolchildren, helping them to develop comprehensively and discover new opportunities for themselves. And in 4 schools in the district, conditions for children to engage in physical education and sports have been updated.
Improvement tasks within the framework of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” are also being fully implemented in the Black Sea region. Since 2019, 9 public areas have been improved. Thus, in 2024, in the town of Chernomorskoye, work was completed on the improvement of the public area adjacent to Chernomorskaya Secondary School No. 2. At the site, work was carried out on paving pedestrian paths and platforms with paving slabs, and gabions with decorative flooring were installed. In addition, there is a parking area on the territory and street lighting has appeared. Pedestrian communications were also improved th public area. The old, worn-out road and path network along Revolution Street has been replaced with new paving slabs. New decorative fencing and lighting have been installed along the public space. To increase the comfort of residents and guests, urns and pergolas with benches were installed, forming cozy and shady areas for relaxation.
In 2024, Black Sea Food Products Plant LLC became the 5th dairy plant in the region participating in the national Labor Productivity project. The pilot stream, where experts from the Regional Competence Center applied the lean manufacturing methodology, was the production of weighted cottage cheese, optimizing this process for the production of 5% weighted cottage cheese (750 kg batch) from the point of view of internal logistics, reduction of manual labor and reduction of time for release of the finished product.
