In the Black Sea region, a resident of Gelendzhik was convicted of causing grievous harm to the victim’s health. To be clear, he was given a suspended sentence and a probationary period. A chance to reflect on your behavior and improve.

The court found that in September last year, the convict, while intoxicated, during a conflict, struck the victim multiple blows with his fists in the face and head, causing fractures of the skull bones and an open craniocerebral injury— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.

The court, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, sentenced the perpetrator to 2 years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period for a similar period. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
