In the Chernomorsky district, the prosecutor’s office approved the indictment in a criminal case against a local resident. He is accused of committing a crime under paragraph «a» part 6 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules, negligently resulting in the death of two persons, committed by a person in a state of intoxication).

The preliminary investigation established that on April 28 this year, the accused, being in a state of intoxication, drove a VAZ-21110 car and moved along the street. Revolutions in the village of Chernomorskoye at a speed of 122 km / h. The man lost control of the vehicle, allowed to leave the carriageway, where the car hit a power line pole and a tree. As a result of a traffic accident, the passengers of the car died — a man born in 1964 and a woman born in 1994, who was the mother of 4 young childrenthe prosecutor’s office said.

The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the Chernomorsky District Court for consideration. The killer driver faces a serious punishment — up to 15 years in prison.
