According to the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea, work on the improvement of Catherine Square in the city of Old Crimea has been completed. The work here was carried out as part of the implementation of the Agreement between the Moscow Government and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation.
The public area is decorated with a renovated fountain, an antique-style rotunda, sculptures, sidewalk paths and comfortable benches. Showcases with archaeological finds became an interesting addition to the overall improvement. Here you can see ancient objects that were found during the restoration of the square,” noted the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Crimea.
