In the city of Saki, a resort park is being improved. More than half of the planned work has already been completed

The city of Saki is famous not only for its healing mud, but also for its magnificent resort park, which is visited by thousands of tourists every year. Saki resort park attracts everyone with its shade, coolness and plant diversity. In 2023, the improvement of the park territory continues as part of stage 2. Reconstruction of the second stage of the park will cost 121.5 million rubles, allocated under the regional project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”.

The resort park is an important promenade area and public area for both residents and guests of the city of Saki. There are always many guests of two sanatoriums located nearby walking in Saki Park. Many people choose these health resorts not only because of the developed mud treatment system, but also because of the beautiful park where they will never get tired of spending time. To date, more than half of the planned work has been completed. The contractor is TatMonolitService LLC. All dismantling work has been completed, trenches for power supply networks have been developed, work is underway on laying electrical cables, filling the base of the pedestrian zone and laying paving slabs— reported the Main Directorate for the Implementation of National Projects (regional project office).

In the area being renovated, a new plan for the road and path network is provided, taking into account the movement of people with limited mobility, as well as the installation of park lamps and deer sculptures. Another cozy area for comfortable relaxation will delight residents and guests of the city with park benches for relaxing in the shade of trees.

The project for creating a comfortable urban environment is understood as a set of measures for the improvement of public areas of the municipality, aimed at improving the architectural appearance, including measures for the creation and restoration of road surfaces, landscaping, the creation and placement of small architectural forms.
