In the Crimea and in the Kuban, new spot emissions of fuel oil are recorded

The point emissions of fuel oil were recorded in 15 places of the coast of the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea after the crash of tankers, the reported TASS in the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation.

In the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, the work of interdepartmental monitoring groups was organized. At 15 areas of work, cases of point emissions of oil products fractions have been recorded— said in the Ministry of Emergencies.

Since the beginning of the liquidation of pollution, 355 km of the coast has been cleaned. In total, about 180 thousand tons of contaminated soil were collected. 21 thousand tons of this amount were sifted by the Vibration installation «Rumble». Part of the soil is also carried out.

In the Black Sea, 7.5 thousand square meters were examined for pollution. km, 7.5 tons of sorbent were used for cleaning.
