The Turgenevskaya agricultural company owns one of the largest lavender fields in Europe. In total, the company has over 200 hectares of lavender fields in the Bakhchisarai district, on which 4 varieties of lavender are growing. Also on 30 hectares, 2 varieties of roses are grown here.
