In the Crimea, the number of reservations of apartments for the daily time increased by 118%

Experts of the Avito Traveling Room Service summed up the results of July 2025. Most often, the Russians were booking daily apartments in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (10%), the Krasnodar Territory (10%), Moscow and the Moscow Region (8%), Tatarstan (6%), Crimea, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Volgograd and Rostov regions, as well as the Stavropol Territory (3%each in each region).

In the whole country, the Russians made 28% more apartments than in July 2024. Among the TOP-20 of the most popular regions, the most noticeable dynamics were marked in Crimea (growth of 2.2 times a year to the year), Dagestan (+55%), Sverdlovsk region (+53%), Stavropol Territory (+40%), Volgograd region (+39%), Bashkortostan (+36%), Kaliningrad (+35%) and Nizhny Novgorod regions (+34%). The offer of apartments rented in short -term rental, compared with July 2024, increased by 26%.

According to the results of the reporting month, among the TOP-20 regions by the number of reservations of daily apartments, it was cheaper to remove such an object in Bashkortostan (3000 rubles per night), the Tyumen and Voronezh regions (3200 rubles), the Krasnoyarsk Territory (3300 rubles) and the Rostov region (3400 rubles). The highest average prices in July 2025 were recorded in the Kaliningrad region (5700 rubles), as well as St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (5600 rubles).

In the segment of drug lease of suburban facilities, the most popular areas in July 2025 were the Krasnodar Territory (share: 13%), Karelia (12%), Crimea (7%), the Altai Republic (6%), Dagestan (5%), St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (4%). Among the regions from the TOP-20 of the most popular reservation of daily houses, the most noticeable dynamics of demand was noted in the Crimea (2.9 times a year for the year), the Altai Republic (2.3 times), the Stavropol Territory (2.2 times), Dagestan and the Nizhny Novgorod region (2.1 times). In the whole country, the Russians made 86% more reservations of suburban facilities than in July 2024, and the number of proposals for the same period increased by 29%.

Among the top-20 regions, the number of reservations of vessel suburban facilities, the lease was the cheapest in Buryatia (4800 rubles), the Rostov region (6,200 rubles), Crimea (6600 rubles), the Stavropol Territory (7000 rubles), Karachay-Cherkessia and the Altai Republic (7300 rubles each). The highest prices were recorded in Moscow and the Moscow Region (13,500 rubles), the Kaliningrad region (12,900 rubles), the Vladimir region (11,400 rubles), St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (11,100 rubles).

According to the results of July 2025, residents of Moscow and the Moscow Region were the most active travelers (the share of all travelers-18%), St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (8%), the Sverdlovsk region, the Krasnodar Territory and Bashkortostan (3%each).
