In the Crimea, the number of reservations of apartments increased by 86%, and country houses — by 119%

Experts of the Avito Traveling Room Service called the most popular areas in the short -term rental market in April 2025. In the reporting month, most often Russians rented apartments for rent in the Moscow region (share: 28%of all around the country), the Leningrad Region (11%), Moscow (8%), the Krasnodar Territory and St. Petersburg (7%each). TOP-20 is presented in table 1.

Compared to April 2024, the country in the country as a whole, the number of reservations of daily apartments increased by 38%. Positive dynamics were noted in all regions from the TOP-20. Experts recorded the most noticeable increase in Crimea (+86%), Bashkortostan (+57%), Volgograd region (+56%), Krasnoyarsk Territory (+55%), Sverdlovsk (+51%) and Chelyabinsk regions (+50%).

The offer of daily apartments for a year by the whole in Russia increased by 27%. In the Volgograd region — by 44%, in Kaliningrad — by 42%, in Nizhny Novgorod — by 41%, in the Sverdlovsk — by 33%, in Samara — by 32%, in Moscow — by 31%, in the Rostov region and the Stavropol Territory — by 30%in each. Positive dynamics were noted in all regions from the TOP-20.

As for the prices, it was cheaper to rent a drug apartment in 2025 in the Chelyabinsk (2500 rubles per night) and the Tyumen regions (2600 rubles), Bashkortostan and the Voronezh region (2700 rubles each), the Samara region (2,800 rubles), the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Volgograd Region (2900 rubles each). The highest prices were in Moscow (5100 rubles per day), Leningradskaya (3700 rubles) and Moscow regions, as well as in Tatarstan (3,600 rubles each).

In the segment of the daily rental of suburban facilities, the most popular areas April 2025 became Moscow (share: 38%of all in the country) and the Leningrad Regions (16%), Krasnodar Territory (5%), Adygea and Stavropol Territory (4%each). The number of reservations of country houses for the year by average in the country increased by 87%. The most — in North Ossetia (2.7 times), the Nizhny Novgorod region (2.5 times), Crimea (2.2 times), Karelia and Bashkortostan (2.1 times). Read more — in table 2.

Experts recorded the highest average prices in St. Petersburg (13100 rubles per day), Tatarstan (10,600 rubles), the Tyumen region (10,400 rubles) and North Ossetia (10,200 rubles).

In April, the Russians preferred short trips to the weekend: on average, they rented suburban objects for two nights, and the apartments were three. Also, a similar duration of the reservations is characteristic of automobile trips along the planned route: at each point, the participants stop for a day or two, trying to cover the maximum of places and get as many impressions as possible over a limited period of time.
