In the Crimean village of Berezovka, the name of a young fellow countryman — a hero of the Northern Military District — was immortalized

Today, in the village of Berezovka (Razdolnensky district of Crimea), a memorial plaque in memory of a serviceman, holder of the Order of Courage Dmitry Voronin was solemnly opened on the facade of the local high school building. A school graduate who died during the SVO will forever remain 22 years old.
Voronin Dmitry Alexandrovich was born on July 18, 2000. In 2017, he completed his studies at the Berezovskaya School. He was drafted into the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He was a participant in the Special Military Operation and died tragically while performing his military duty on July 11, 2023. Awarded the Order of Courage (posthumously)— said the administration of the Razdolnensky district.
Relatives of the deceased, schoolchildren and teachers, as well as Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Zhanna Khutorenko, district and local authorities gathered to pay tribute to the memory and respect of the serviceman’s feat. The event participants honored the memory of the fellow countryman with a minute of silence and laid flowers at the memorial plaque.
