In the Dzhankoy district, the court issued a verdict in a criminal case against a local resident. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle while intoxicated by a person subject to administrative punishment).
The court found that the defendant, having been brought to administrative responsibility for driving while intoxicated, after drinking alcohol again got behind the wheel of a Racer motorcycle. Moving along one of the streets in the village of Solenoye Ozero, a young man was stopped by traffic police officers and removed from driving.,” the prosecutor’s office provided details.
Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the Dzhankoy District Court sentenced the perpetrator to 200 hours of compulsory labor with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for 1 year 6 months. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
