In the Dzhankoy district, according to decisions of the prosecutor’s office, a contracting organization was fined 5 million rubles for violating the deadlines for fulfilling government contracts.
The contractor did not complete the construction of two modular medical and obstetric stations, stipulated by government contracts, in full and on time. The amount of unfulfilled obligations under contracts amounted to 10 million rubles— reported the supervisory agency.
The prosecutor’s office opened a case of administrative offenses against the organization under Part 7 of Art. 7.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (inaction resulting in failure to fulfill obligations stipulated by the contract for the performance of work for the needs of the customer, causing significant harm to the legally protected interests of society and the state). Based on the results of their consideration, the contracting organization was found guilty of committing offenses, and penalties were imposed in the form of fines totaling 5 million rubles. The progress of work at the facilities is under the control of the prosecutor’s office.
