In the Dzhankoy district, the prosecutor is seeking to eliminate violations in the maintenance of children's playgrounds

In order to eliminate violations, the prosecutor’s office made representations to local government bodies, which were considered, but the violations were not fully eliminated. In this regard, the interdistrict prosecutor’s office sent statements of claim to the court to impose on local governments the obligation to bring children’s playgrounds into compliance with the requirements of the current legislation, which are under consideration— reported the Crimean prosecutor’s office.

The actual elimination of identified violations is under the control of the supervisory agency.
