In the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol, a multifunctional complex will be made from an unfinished building

A multifunctional complex will appear on Astana Kesaeva Street, 3B. The corresponding project was supported by members of the architectural and artistic council chaired by Vice Governor Nikolai Gordyushin. Now at this address there is an unfinished construction object, which was planned as a four-story residential building. The project proposes to preserve the dimensions of the building and carry out reconstruction: an exhibition hall will be located on the first floor, and office space on the rest. The members of the architectural council commented on parking spaces, placement of advertising on the building and façade solutions.

Unfinished buildings not only visually spoil the appearance of the street, but also pose a danger, so this problem needs to be addressed. As for the project, it is necessary to make maximum glazing on the first floor, especially since it will be an exhibition space, add “air” and be sure to work out the side parts. It is also necessary to foresee places for advertising in advance, so that in the future there would be no temptation to do it on the facade of the building, — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Nikolai Gordyushin.

A project for the construction of affordable housing on the Heroes of Brest Street near house No. 46 was also adopted. According to the documentation, the house consists of three eight-story sections, on each floor there is one three-room, two two-room and two one-room apartments. It is planned to create a parking lot and several playgrounds: children’s, sports, as well as for the recreation of adult residents.

The members of the architectural and artistic council supported the project, but also with a number of comments. So, next to the house under design there is a new kindergarten, and to get to it, you need to go along the road. Therefore, it was proposed to provide a pedestrian path near the house in the project in order to make the passage safer. There were also comments regarding color solutions: exclude gray and orange colors, make the shades more pastel.

Another issue is the reconstruction of the service station building on the Fiolentovsky highway near the reinforced concrete plant. According to the project, on the first floor it is supposed to service cars, a car service, a shop, on the second floor — storage and auxiliary premises, on the third and fourth — offices and also auxiliary premises.

The members of the Architectural and Artistic Council noted that it is necessary to improve the pedestrian and transport links to the building in the project. You should also consider the possibility of changing the concept of the architectural appearance of the object, using modern technologies and materials.

Thus, the architectural council agreed on one of the options for the appearance of the building, taking into account the fact that the designer will take into account the comments made.

Recall that in total the members of the architectural and artistic council reviewed 12 projects in various areas: residential development, landscaping, office buildings.
