In the Krasnogvardeisky district of Crimea, a man stole coniferous trees and landed in his front garden

Having discovered the loss of her expensive trees and shrubs, a resident of one of the villages of the district, applied to the duty unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Krasnogvardeisky district.
During the conversation with the 60-year-old applicant, the police found out that the unknown person stole coniferous trees, decorative bushes, as well as thuja totaling more than 80 thousand rubles from the garden of a pensioner. Employees of the criminal investigation department organized a set of operational measures aimed at establishing a person involved in the commission of a crime. As a result of the measures taken, in the shortest possible time the alleged suspect was established and detained. It turned out to be a 68-year-old villain of the applicant, who gave a confession. The police officer explained that he planned to landscaping the territory of his household,-voiced the details of history in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Crimea.
The operatives found out that the suspect stole the plants from January to February this year. The man brought abducted plants to his home, some ate the pensioner to drop out on the territory of his front garden.
Most of the plants in the amount of 56 thousand rubles were seized by operatives and returned to the victim, the rest of the plants managed to dry.
On this fact, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnogvardeisky district opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft). The article Sanction provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to five years.
In relation to the suspect, a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription and proper behavior was chosen.
