At the request of the prosecutor’s office, a waste dump in the Leninsky district of Crimea was liquidated.

It was established that TSN, which is engaged in servicing houses on the territory of a garden partnership in the village of Ilyichevo, did not conclude an agreement with a regional operator for the provision of services for the treatment of municipal solid waste. As a result, unauthorized storage of municipal waste is allowed on the territory of the partnership, and no measures are taken to eliminate the dump. In view of the revealed violations by the prosecutor’s office, a submission was made to the chairman of the board of TSN. At the request of the prosecutor’s office, an agreement was concluded with a regional operator, an unauthorized dump was liquidated— reported in the supervisory department.

In addition, in relation to the chairman of the board of TSN, the prosecutor initiated an administrative offense case under Part 1 of Art. 8.2. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-compliance with requirements in the field of environmental protection during the accumulation of production and consumption waste).
