In the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol, the repair of two streets is being completed

As part of the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», the repair of Admiral Makarov and 1st Bastionnaya streets in the Nakhimovsky district is being completed. The objects are included in the repair plan for the 2023 year, but due to the high pace of work, they will be completed before the end of the 2022 year.

Works are carried out ahead of time. This year, work began on facilities planned for next year. Among them are Makarova and 1st Bastionnaya streets. The deadline for completion of construction and installation works under the contract is the third quarter 2023 of the year, however, the work will be completed ahead of schedule. The total length of the objects is about 700 m, — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, Director of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Pavel Ieno.

At the facilities, the milling of the old pavement has already been completed, the side stone has been replaced, and the leveling and top layers of asphalt concrete have been laid. The pavement was restored on the highway along 1st Bastionnaya Street. Now the road builders are landscaping the area adjacent to the facilities.

Recall that in 165 year in Sevastopol, according to the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», 107 facilities with a total length of more than km, including four bridges with a total length of 165 meters.
