In the next two years, repairs to 1,853 houses are planned in Crimea

At the beginning of the meeting, the main attention was paid to the heating season and citizens’ appeals.
According to Yuri Gotsanyuk, most incidents are related to the repair and replacement of emergency areas and the adjustment of in-house systems. During the start-up of heating in Simferopol, a heating main broke at the intersection of the 1st Cavalry Army and 60 Let Oktyabrya streets. Emergency restoration work lasted around the clock for four days, as a result of which 50 meters of pipeline were replaced.
According to the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, point gusts were noted in Simferopol, Evpatoria, Kerch and Shchelkino. The relevant services are actively involved in eliminating all technological violations.
Over the past years, 938 public and courtyard areas have been landscaped in Crimea, 367 sports and children’s playgrounds have been installed, as well as 750 stopping pavilions, 469 units of municipal equipment and more than 20 thousand containers for collecting solid waste have been purchased, over 2 thousand container sites have been equipped, the Chairman noted Governments.
Particular attention in the republic is paid to reducing the housing stock unsuitable for habitation; 663 apartment buildings and residential premises have been resettled, 1,701 people have received new apartments, said Yuri Gotsanyuk.
He also said that a program for the overhaul of common property in 9,823 apartment buildings has been approved, repairs are planned in 1,853 houses in the next two years, and repairs of elevator equipment are underway.
In just three years, elevator equipment older than 35 and 30 years was replaced; plans for 2025 are to replace elevators older than 25 years,” the Prime Minister clarified.
In addition, as part of the national goal “Comfortable and safe living environment,” it is necessary to ensure 100% sorting of MSW and reduce the volume of waste sent to landfills by half.
In conclusion, the Prime Minister emphasized that problematic issues in the industry require fundamentally new approaches to solving them, based on an in-depth analysis of the causes and increasing the responsibility of officials.
The meeting of the board was attended by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Svetlana Maslova, relevant ministers, heads of municipal administrations, representatives of management organizations, and others.
