In the Nizhnegorsky district, a woman accused of murdering her partner will appear in court

The Nizhnegorsky district prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a local resident. She is charged under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).

According to investigators, in September of this year, a woman, while intoxicated, stabbed him in the chest area during a conflict with her partner. The man died as a result of his injury— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.

With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Nizhnegorsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
