In the Nizhnegorsky region of Crimea, a contractor was fined for violating the deadline for commissioning a project
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A stain on your reputation.
The prosecutor’s office of the Nizhnegorsky district of Crimea conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the contract system. It was established that the state budgetary healthcare institution of the Republic of Crimea “Nizhnegorsk District Hospital” concluded a state contract for the construction of a modular medical and obstetric station in the village of Kostochkovka.
Let us remind you, This FAP was solemnly opened in May of this year. And it seems that no complaints were voiced against the contractor, but…
The work period under the above contract expired in December 2022, but the actual repair work was completed only in May of this year. In connection with the identified violations, the prosecutor issued a resolution against the entrepreneur to initiate a case for an administrative offense under Part 7 of Art. 7.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (actions (inaction) resulting in failure to fulfill obligations stipulated by the contract with causing significant harm to the interests of society and the state protected by law)— reported the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
By a court decision, the entrepreneur was brought to administrative liability in the form of a fine in the amount of more than 70 thousand rubles. For a contractor, it seems like a “trifle”, but it’s unpleasant… A stain on the reputation.
