In the Nizhnegorsky region of Crimea, the results of the implementation of national projects were presented

New musical instruments also arrived at the children’s art school in the Nizhnegorsky district under the “Culture” national project in 2022. Today, the art school, which educates 151 children, is 100% provided with tools and equipment. Grand pianos, button accordions, accordions, balalaikas, domras, xylophones, violins, cellos, flutes, clarinets, trombones, trumpets, bass guitars and saxophones were purchased and supplied. The school also received modern equipment: interactive panels and boards with projectors, computers, sound and lighting equipment and furniture. In addition, the Nizhnegorsky Museum of History and Local Lore received technical equipment worth 2.8 million rubles.

Pupils of the Nizhnegorsky district sports school can now hold football competitions on a new football field with a modern surface thanks to the “Demography” national project. Also, over the years of implementation of the national project, 2 sets of sports equipment in the form of small sports uniforms and 9 sports grounds for physical education and sports and preparation for the implementation of GTO standards were improved.

Road workers brought a 41.5 km section of the regional highway Nizhnegorskoe – Belogorsk into regulatory repair thanks to the implementation of the national project “Safe Quality Roads”. Near the section of the road from the junction with the Dzhankoy highway to the entrance to the village of Vishennaye, Belogorsk district, there are 15 settlements, while the worn-out condition of the asphalt concrete pavement did not meet road safety requirements for a long time. During the repairs at the site, the base of the crushed stone-sand mixture was restored, the leveling and top layers of the coating were installed, the roadsides were strengthened, the side stones and public transport stop areas were updated, and markings were applied. In addition, active measures were carried out on the Krasnogvardeyskoye-Nizhnegorsky highway with a length of 18 km, Azovskoye-Nizhnegorsky (5.6 km) and the repair of a 2.6 km section of the road through the Bypass of the village of Nizhnegorsky. Thus, over the 5 years of implementation of the national project, 4 sections of regional and intermunicipal roads with a total length of more than 62 km and 2 artificial road structures with a length of about 96 linear meters have been brought into standard condition.

In the village Mitrofanovka, Nizhnegorsky district, as part of the implementation of the national project “Healthcare” in 2020, the grand opening of a new paramedic and obstetric station took place. For residents of this area, this is a truly significant and long-awaited event. From now on, citizens who seek qualified medical care will be able to receive it promptly and in full at their place of residence. The new FAP has a room for staff, for storing medicines and consumables, a treatment room and a reception room, an examination and vaccination room, a sterilization room, a storage room and a bathroom.

Healthcare is a strategic link for any region. To increase the level of access to medical care for residents of rural settlements, a mobile complex was also installed. It is equipped with a digital mammograph, fluorograph and a doctor’s workstation. The acquisition of mobile automobile diagnostic systems makes it possible to increase the availability of medical care to the population, improve the quality of dispensary observation, and increase the coverage of preventive and dispensary examinations for residents of the region. And in order to ensure accessibility and create a modern infrastructure for providing medical care to children, 10 units were delivered in 2019-2020. medical equipment.

Under the national project “Education”, 10 centers of education in natural sciences and technology “Growth Point” were opened in the Nizhnegorsky region, in which students master general and additional education programs using modern equipment. The material and technical base for physical education and sports was updated in 4 educational organizations in the district.

Thus, in the Kostochkovskaya secondary school in the Nizhnegorsky district, in 2021, the contractor completely overhauled the sports hall, where a sports club was created. The implementation of such projects is another step towards creating comfortable conditions for students and teachers. Children have a real opportunity to engage in sports with interest. We carried out interior finishing work, equipped changing rooms, showers, toilets, installed new electrical wiring and installed lighting. In addition, the gym was replenished with new sports equipment.

The development of public areas is an important stage in improving the quality of life of the population and creating attractive places for recreation. Cozy alleys and comfortable benches attract residents to spend their free time in the fresh air. Thus, in order to create a comfortable urban environment, within the framework of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”, 5 public areas were improved in the Nizhnegorsky district. Equipped park areas create a favorable atmosphere for walks, sporting events and facilitate communication between people.

Favorable conditions have been created in the republic to support and develop the initiatives of budding entrepreneurs in Crimea. At the expense of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, support is provided annually to farmers and agricultural cooperatives that have received state support. 2 individual entrepreneurs of the Nizhnegorsky district also successfully implemented their projects, receiving grants in the form of subsidies for the implementation of a project for the creation and development of a peasant (farm) economy and rural cooperation.
