In the notary chamber of Sevastopol, an annual general meeting was held

They opened a business meeting of the head of the chamber commissions, providing the assembled reports on the work done within 2024.

Special attention of the notaries was awarded the report on the work of the audit commission in the past year. After the report was completed, colleagues approved the act of the audit commission on the results of revisions of the financial and economic activities of the notarial chamber.

Further, the President of the Chamber Olga Kalenkovich and the manager of the affairs of Marina Cat voiced a report on the activities of the notary chamber for the past year.

Upon completion of the reports, the protocol part of the event continued to consider the issues of current activities that relate, in accordance with the charter of a non -profit organization, to the competencies of the general meeting, namely:

• budget adjustment (estimates-plan) for 2024;
• approval of the annual report of the budget (estimate-plan) for 2024;
• approval of the report on the implementation of the social support program for the notary chamber of the city of Sevastopol for 2025;
• adjustment of the budget (estimate of the plan) of the notarial chamber for 2025;
• Life and health insurance of the President of the Chamber.
