In the notary chamber of Sevastopol discussed the implementation of the Law on Archival Affairs

The working meeting took part in:

• President of the notarial chamber Olga Kalenkovich,
• Head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia in Sevastopol Natalya Chernenkova,
• Deputy Director of the Department of Management of the Governor and Government of Sevastopol Maria Tyakisheva,
• Head of the Department of Administrative Support of the Department of Management of the Governor and Government of Sevastopol Vyacheslav Bakut,
• Deputy Head of the Department — Head of the Department for the Formation of the Archival Fund and the implementation of state control of archival management in the city of Sevastopol of the Department of Management of the Governor and Government of Sevastopol Elena Poplavskaya,
• Head of the Department of Organization of Archival Work and State Accounting for Archival Affairs in the city of Sevastopol of the Department of Management of the Governor and Government of Sevastopol Oksana Voronova.

The Law on Archival Affairs in the city of Sevastopol regulates the organization of storage, completion, accounting and use of archival documents in the city of Sevastopol.

The subject of discussion at the working meeting was the approval of the draft procedure for transferring notarial documents to the notarial chamber formed and located in the city of Sevastopol on the day of admission to the Russian Federation, as well as their storage, recruitment, accounting and use. The mentioned procedure is established by the Government of Sevastopol and agreed with the notary chamber.

The audience discussed the draft order, identified points in need of revision. All changes made will be additionally agreed with the notarial chamber.
