In the offers of competing employers, Crimeans value career growth and a convenient schedule, but more important is money

Successful hunting awaits employers who offer competitors’ employees high salaries, career growth and convenient schedules. In a service survey Superjob working residents of Crimea participated.
The majority of employees (79%) are willing to consider moving to another organization. At the same time, 5% are ready to go to any company, and 74% are ready to go only to the one that offers the best working conditions. Only 8% of respondents categorically rejected this idea.
Men are more likely than women to show a willingness to switch to competitors for better conditions (78% versus 70%). Among respondents aged 35-45 years, this turned out to be 77% — this is more than among respondents under 35 years of age (75%) and over 45 years of age (73%).
When it comes to better working conditions, most people mean a salary higher than their current job (88%). Every fourth is a promotion. 17% would switch to competitors because of a more convenient work schedule, and 14% because of the proximity of the office to their home. 13% would accept an offer from competitors for interesting tasks. One in nine (11%) would like to work remotely or on a hybrid schedule. 9% each agree to the transition on the terms of receiving an attractive package of benefits and compensation, as well as free training. 8% dream of reducing their workload. 5% can be attracted by automation of work processes and the use of modern technologies.
When moving to another company, men are more interested in promotion and compensation package than women. Women are more likely than men to say that their schedule and the proximity of their place of work to home are important to them. For residents of Crimea under 35 years of age, compared to those older, promotion and the opportunity to work remotely are much more important. Every sixth worker with an income of 100 thousand rubles can be lured away by interesting tasks.
