In the past year, Sevastopol residents left more than 70 thousand online appeals to authorities

Last week, from December 18 to 24, specialists from the Regional Control Center recorded more than 1,500 messages from residents of Sevastopol. 1,252 comments were received on social networks, on the “Government Services” platform. The SDGs also summed up the results for the year. In 2023, Sevastopol residents left more than 70 thousand appeals to authorities on the Internet.

As part of the regional project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”, initiated by President Vladimir Putin, squares and public areas were renovated in Sevastopol this year — a total of seven urban spaces. After the news about the opening of already landscaped areas, social network users were interested in plans to develop public gardens near their homes.
City residents also reported where it was necessary to clean up, repair playgrounds and street lighting. For example, just last week, at the request of Sevastopol residents, lamps were repaired on the streets of Gvardeiskaya, Narodnye Opolchentsev, Pyanzina, Gromov and others.
During this year, city service specialists managed to solve hundreds of problems for Sevastopol residents thanks to working with online requests. Some of them are seasonal. So, in the fall, for example, city residents asked about the readiness of houses for the heating season, told which basements of high-rise buildings needed to be cleaned up, and reported about water or electricity outages.
In addition, citizens asked many questions after the presentation of the new route network for next year, wrote about the condition of the roads, plans for their repair and construction.
Throughout the year, Sevastopol residents were also interested in the construction of healthcare facilities and expressed gratitude for the opening of a new clinic in Cossack Bay and an outpatient clinic on Fiolent.
In addition, city residents wrote about the renovation of schools and kindergartens, asked about vouchers to children’s health camps, and asked questions about transferring children to other educational organizations.
