In the Republic of Crimea, 31 state programs have been implemented, almost 258 billion rubles have been spent

The Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea heard information from the Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako on the implementation and assessment of the effectiveness of state programs for 2023.

The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, noted that despite the losses incurred due to the introduction of the “yellow” level of terrorist threat and the lack of air traffic, the economy of Crimea is actively developing and moving forward.

The result of government programs has shown their effectiveness in solving a number of problems of the socio-economic development of the republic, aimed at improving the level and quality of life of Crimean residentsnoted Konstantinov.

According to Dmitry Sheryako, 31 state programs were implemented last year, within the framework of which 257.7 billion rubles were spent, which is 94.8% of the allocated funds. Major repairs were carried out in 94 educational organizations, and 3,665 new places were created in kindergartens, 233 residential premises were purchased for orphans and children without parental care.

Major repairs of 187 medical facilities were completed, 67 first aid stations and 15 medical outpatient clinics were put into operation. Medical institutions received 111 cars, 196 units of medical equipment were purchased. Regional payments are being made to medical workers in the most scarce specialties, which is more than 5.3 thousand people. Under the “Zemsky Doctor” program, 59 doctors who came to work in rural areas received one-time compensation payments, and under the “Zemsky Paramedic” program – 38 paramedical workers.

The relevant minister also announced the gasification of 11.8 thousand residential buildings and apartments, the construction of 743.3 km of intra-village and 1.7 km of inter-village gas pipelines, the reconstruction and construction of three main gas pipelines and 13 gas distribution stations, resulting in the level of gasification of the population on the peninsula amounting to 82 ,5%.

In addition, 529 apartment buildings were overhauled and 132 km of water supply networks were modernized, which helped provide 70% of the republic’s population with high-quality drinking water from centralized water supply systems. 404 public areas have been improved; 73 courtyard areas; 591 sites for collecting solid municipal waste were installed, two projects were implemented to create a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements: the Saki resort park and the public territory of the coastal park in the city of Shchelkino, Leninsky district.

In addition, over 660 km of roads were repaired, and comprehensive repairs were carried out over 800 linear meters of bridge pavement. Work was carried out on profiling dirt and gravel roads, as a result of which the condition of more than 2 thousand 800 km of roads was improved.

This set of measures made it possible to increase the share of roads in standard condition to 44%— emphasized the Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea.

In addition, in 2023, 256 investment projects were implemented with an investment volume of 510.9 billion rubles, and within the free economic zone — 1,242 investment projects with an investment volume of more than 194.9 billion rubles, within which it is planned to create about 76 ,4 thousand jobs.
