In the Republic of Crimea, over a thousand people have been trained at the Process Factory; since the beginning of 2024, about 150 people have been trained. Among them are managers of small, medium, large businesses and their employees. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
During training, enterprise employees independently search for and eliminate work losses, find the root causes of problems and build work processes without time and financial losses. The introduction of such lean manufacturing tools allows you to improve the operational and economic performance of a business– the press service of the Deputy Prime Minister quotes.
Training is carried out in six programs: “Office Process Factory”, “Production Process Factory”, “Effective Manager”, “Competency Matrix”, “Karakuri”, and also “Time is money, or how lean manufacturing affects the company’s profit”.
“Process Factory” is a unique production site for training employees of enterprises participating in the national project “Labor Productivity”. The site was opened in February 2022.
