Only 4 out of 100 employers use the stress interview method when recruiting personnel. Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part in the SuperJob service survey.
One of the most controversial and discussed methods of admissions tests for employment — the stress interview — seems to be living out its last days before our eyes. Today, only 4% of employers practice it, another 4% have abandoned this method of checking applicants recently. “If I were at such an interview myself, I would call the police. The company immediately gets blacklisted for me, and I’ll also write a review wherever I can”; «Never. This is unacceptable in any case and generally contradicts common sense,” comment representatives of enterprises and organizations,” noted the service’s press service.
