According to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Yuri Gotsanyuk, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Public Institution of the Republic of Crimea «CRIMEA-SPAS» together with members of the KRO «ROSSOYUZSPAS» daily provide assistance to local governments in eliminating the consequences associated with the passage of dangerous weather phenomena.

A state of emergency has been introduced in 17 municipalities: Dzhankoy, Evpatoria, Alushta, Yalta, Saki, Simferopol, Krasnogvardeysky district, Krasnoperekopsky district, Saki district, Simferopol district, Belogorsky district, Sovetsky district, Nizhnegorsky district, Chernomorsky district, Dzhankoysky district.
