In the Republic of Crimea, it is planned to complete repairs of roofs damaged due to the disaster by December 12
CrimeaPRESS reports:
According to the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Donets, the total number of damaged roofs suffered as a result of bad weather was 1059. To date, 801 of them have already been repaired. The head of Crimea, in turn, notes that it is planned to complete roof repairs in all municipalities by December 12.
The exception will be the Dzhankoy district, where the most damaged roofs are. The work will be completed by December 15. I ask those in charge not to delay the repairs; we must not allow people to live in uncomfortable conditions.– the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.
Sergei Donets also spoke about how work is going on to drain water from the village of Pribrezhny Saki district, where severe flooding occurred. According to the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea, due to the characteristics of the terrain and elevation differences, several options are used. A canal system was built and a trench was dug with access to the sea. The water has now started to recede.
In addition, Sergey Aksenov emphasized the importance of cutting down dead trees.
During the disaster, most power outages occurred precisely because of branches falling on the wires. This instruction must be implemented in all municipalities— said the Head of the Republic.
Special attention was paid to the completion of work on improvement projects this year and readiness to implement projects in 2024.
The event was attended by Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk, deputy prime ministers and ministers of the Government of the Republic of Crimea, heads of municipal administrations.
