In an attempt to get away from the chase, the offender repeatedly made dangerous maneuvers, pose a threat to the life and health of other road users. Along the way of following the offender, the second crew of the traffic service department of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» joined the pursuit of the pursuit. As it turned out, there was a 48-year-old local resident with external signs of intoxication, which was confirmed by the examination.

In relation to a drunk citizen, a number of administrative materials were drawn up under Art. 12.8 h. 1, Article 12.37 h. 3, Art. 12.25, Art. 19.3, 12.3 h. 1, 12.2 h. 4, 12.1-1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Currently, the car is seized and placed on a specialized parking lot.
