Employees of the drug trafficking and criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» examined the household of a 41-year-old resident of the district suspected of illegal activities.
During the audit, 25 hemp bushes with signs of cultivation were found and seized — plants were grown in plastic cups in a container with artificial lighting.
In addition, a polymer package with a dried and crushed substance of plant origin weighing 50 grams was found in the room. According to the man, he grew and kept drugs exclusively for personal use. The examination confirmed the presence of drugs in the seized samples (TGK),-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.
Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» opened criminal cases on the grounds of crimes under Part 1 of Art. 231 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal cultivation of drug -containing plants) and Part 1 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal storage of narcotic drugs). In relation to the suspect, a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription was chosen.
