Measures of public prosecutor’s response in the park. Anna Akhmatova, an illegally installed non-stationary shopping facility was dismantled.
The prosecutor’s office of the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol, according to information published in the media, conducted an audit of compliance with the requirements of the law when installing non-stationary shopping facilities in the park named after. Anna Akhmatova. During the audit, it was revealed that in the park, in the absence of an appropriate agreement, an unidentified person arbitrarily placed a trading pavilion that was not included in the scheme for locating non-stationary retail facilities in the city of Sevastopol. At the same time, measures to prevent the misuse of the park and eliminate violations by the state budgetary institution of the city of Sevastopol «Parks and squares» have not been taken, — told the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.
The district prosecutor’s office submitted to the director of the State Budgetary Institution «Parks and Squares» a proposal to eliminate violations of the law by immediately dismantling the illegal facility.
At present, the unauthorized trading facility has been dismantled.
