In the Sevastopol village of Vishnevoy, a House of Culture opened after a major renovation

The building of the House of Culture in the village of Vishnevoye was built in 1974, and since then has never been renovated, but in March 2023, as part of the implementation of the national project “Culture”, work began on a major renovation of the building.

Initially, the building of the House of Culture did not have water supply, heat supply and sewerage, but during the renovation, the contractor created water supply, sewerage and even air conditioning systems from scratch. In addition, the foundation and walls were strengthened. The renovated cultural center was equipped with a concert hall, a choreography hall, and a room for handicraft clubs. A library with 12 thousand books was also equipped,” the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Today the House of Culture has already opened its doors to guests with a gala concert. The concert program was attended by creative groups of the cultural complex «Korabel»: the folk song group «Galatea», the exemplary pop dance group «Impulse» and its drummer ensemble, the vocal ensemble «Selchanka» and invited friends of the House of Culture: the Crimean Tatar folk ensemble «Akyar» , dance group «Skoda».
