Employees of the Office for Control of Drug Control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea, together with colleagues from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Simferopol district, detained a 36-year-old local resident suspected of sales of narcotic substances by creating a scenery in the territory of the Molodezhnaya village.
According to the suspect, he acquired drugs via the Internet for further distribution by bookmarks. The seized is aimed at examination, the results of which showed that the investigated is a narcotic drug, the circulation of which is prohibited-D-Lizergid (LSD, LSD-25), with a total weight of 0.288 grams and 140 MDMA tablets. A criminal case was instituted against the crime under Part 3 of Article. 30, part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Entertaining for illegal production, sale or shipping of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues”.
The sanction of the article provides for the maximum punishment of imprisonment for up to 20 years.
The defendant was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention.
