The entrepreneur from the Simferopol district of the Republic of Crimea decided to arbitrarily build a car wash on the land plot that was owned by him. As a result, the object was built without appropriate permits and in violation of construction standards.
The administration of the Simferopol district responded to these violations, suing a citizen to the court. According to the court decision, the entrepreneur was ordered to dismantle and demolish the arbitrarily erected structure.
Nevertheless, the owner of the car wash did not express his desire to go to the state. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department in the Simferopol district of Simferopol of the GUFSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol aroused enforcement proceedings. But even after that, the man did not change his attitude to his debt obligations.
For the untimely execution of the court decision, the bailiff of the department issued a decision to recover from an entrepreneur a performing fee of 5 thousand rubles. Also, the debtor was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 17.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for non -fulfillment of the requirements of a non -property nature contained in the executive document with the imposition of a punishment in the form of an administrative fine for a total of 10 thousand rubles. In addition, an employee of the enforcement agencies called an entrepreneur to reception, where during a preventive conversation he informed the citizen that he would further invite the recoverer to exercise the right to independently fulfill the requirements of an executive document of a non -property nature. And after that, the funds spent by the collector for the payment of services of the third party — specialists of the construction company will be recovered from the debtor on a forced manner.
Not wanting to re -bear administrative responsibility and lose his money, a resident of the Simferopol district dismantled and demolished the unauthorized car wash selflessly. Soon, the bailiff came out at the address of the object and drew up an act on the execution of the court decision. Enforcement proceedings are completed by actual performance-said the press service of the department.
