In the Simferopol microdistrict «Fontany» they promise to commission a 162-apartment building by the end of the year

The readiness of the new building is 97%.

As part of the state program of the Russian Federation “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”, the construction of a 162-apartment residential building (on 60 Let Oktyabrya Street) is being completed in the Simferopol microdistrict “Fontany”.

Currently, work is being carried out in section 3 to install sanitary fixtures, putty, grout the walls, paint the ceilings and walls, wallpaper the walls, and install low-current systems. Construction readiness of the facility – 97%reports the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Crimea.

The administration of the Crimean capital clarified: the apartment building is social, built for representatives of rehabilitated peoples. The cost of the object is 716 million rubles. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for December 2023.
