What can the owners of «drowned» cars count on?
As a result of heavy rains and flooding of territories, cars drowned in the Simferopol region . This was announced by the head of the district administration Denis Kratyuk. According to him, a separate expert work will be carried out for each fact of damage to cars.
We plan to meet with car owners on each occasion. Decisions will be made on the issue of compensation for damage to motorists , — said Kratyuk.
He also noted that the roads of the district, damaged after flooding, will be restored to proper condition within a few weeks.
Rural settlements affected by flooding are gradually recovering. Water is completely pumped out of yards, basements and public areas. To date, garbage collection, cleaning of public and adjacent areas, and restoration of the road surface are being carried out. We plan that within a few weeks we will carry out grading and alignment of damaged roads in settlements , — said Kratyuk.

The head of the administration of the Simferopol region also reminded all those affected by the June «flood» the algorithm for obtaining compensation.
How to receive compensation (not yet «automobile»)
To receive payment, citizens affected by an emergency submit an application to the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Simferopol District (Simferopol, Raketnaya St., 15).
A one-time cash payment is assigned in the following amounts and once:

1) a passport or other document proving the identity of the citizen in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation submitting the application, and the members of his family specified in the application (copies of the pages containing information allowing the identification of the citizen, information on the date of issue and on the authority that issued the document, information about registration at the place of residence, information about marital status, information about children);
2) a document certifying the authority of the representative of the applicant (in the case of an application by a representative);
3) a document confirming the fact of registration of the birth of a child, issued by the competent authority of a foreign state (in the case of registration of a civil status act by a competent authority of a foreign state);
4) a document indicating the details of the citizen’s account opened with a Russian credit institution (a copy of the account opening agreement or the client’s bank details issued by the Russian credit institution).
