In the southern coastal village of Partenit, it was necessary to repair a newly equipped pedestrian zone
CrimeaPRESS reports:
But only after the intervention of the prosecutor’s office.
The prosecutor’s office of the city of Alushta, based on information published on social networks, conducted an inspection of compliance with legal requirements when carrying out improvement work. It was established that, on the basis of a municipal contract, a contractor on Frunzenskoye Shosse Street in the village of Partenit paved the pedestrian area with tiles and installed benches.
After a short period of operation of the landscaped area, facts of changes in the level of individual elements of the slabs and a lack of fastening of benches to the surface of the pedestrian zone were revealed. Due to the failure of the city administration to take measures of a claim nature, the prosecutor’s office made a submission to her, which was considered and satisfied. The local government body sent a claim to the contractor as part of the fulfillment of warranty obligations— reported the supervisory agency.
Currently, the violations have been corrected — the bench has been repaired, the tiles have been repositioned. It seems like both the contractor and the local authorities well done… but why only after the “added acceleration”?
